Service terms

Terms of service review draft

This technically grounded draft is not yet effective and does not claim owner or counsel approval. It does not create a public offer or binding service terms.

Current service

TrackForge Atlas is a personal-first work-context tracker for recording tasks, notes, workflow changes, activity, importer decisions, and reports. Public web availability remains dependent on deployment configuration. Desktop, iOS, and Android wrappers are private or testing surfaces until their signing and distribution gates pass. Shared team workspaces, customer organization administration, seat billing, and company-operations controls are not current customer features.

Accounts and security

Account holders are responsible for accurate sign-in information, protecting access to their devices and providers, and promptly revoking sessions they do not recognize. Accounts may be restricted or suspended to protect the service, other users, or organization-scoped data. No minimum-age policy has been approved for public launch under this draft.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

  • break the law, violate another person's rights, or upload content you cannot use;
  • probe, bypass, or interfere with authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security;
  • distribute malware, harmful code, spam, or deceptive content; or
  • disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access to another account or workspace.

Your content

This draft does not transfer ownership of user-provided content. To operate the service, the operator needs permission to host, store, copy, process, display back to you, export, and delete that content as directed by product actions and the account lifecycle. You remain responsible for having the rights needed to submit it.

Exports, closure, and termination

Account settings provide a JSON account-data export and a high-friction deletion flow. Export should be completed before deletion. Active or trialing billing, platform-staff access, and a workspace shared with another member block deletion until resolved. Successful deletion removes local account and sole-member workspace data as described in the Privacy notice, while minimized operational evidence and provider-owned records may remain.

Billing

Checkout and subscription management appear only when Stripe is configured. The current product displays entitlement state but does not enforce a paid entitlement across core product routes. Complimentary access is an explicit platform-level record and is not granted by workspace ownership. No public plan, trial, tax treatment, cancellation policy, or refund policy is established by this draft. An active or trialing subscription must be managed in Billing before account deletion.

Third-party services

Configured Google or GitHub sign-in and Stripe billing are governed by their own terms and policies. TrackForge Atlas cannot delete provider-owned records through the account-deletion flow. Native app stores are not current public distribution channels.

Availability and changes

Pre-release features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. No uptime, response-time, support, or service-level commitment is made by this draft. Changes to the service or these terms will be posted on the public site; direct notice is not promised unless a separate mechanism is approved and implemented.

Unapproved legal terms

Governing law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, indemnification, warranty disclaimer, liability allocation or cap, and any refund or cancellation rights require explicit owner and qualified-counsel decisions. None is silently supplied by this review draft.

Contact

Use the Support page for the configured governing contact path. If no destination is configured, public support intake is unavailable and no receipt or response-time promise is made.
